Frontline Gardening

Play as  gnome of the frontline army in this shoot'em'up roguelike based on the classic game Centipede! Your job is to destroy the pests invading your gardens, continuing to push them back until you get to their nest.

They will never stop spawning, they will one day take over the gardens as was foretold, but your sacrifice, like many gnomes before you, will help delay "The Day Of The Centipede" just a little longer...

(The last level is a classic wave system where you will see how long you can survive, as difficulty increases)

Controls:

WASD/Arrow Keys/Analogue Stick - Move.

Space, Control Pad A/X - Shoot/Select.

LIST OF THE POWERUPS:

- Ball:  Causes your shots to bounce when they hit. Increases Shot Lifetime.

- Bird: Doubles Shot Speed. Changes the flower sprite to a bird.

- Wellingtons: Increases Movement Speed. Changes boot colour to red.

- Clover: Adds a second shot direction behind you. Causes Bounce & Pot Smash shots to chain, rather than only bounce/break once.

- Dandelion: Decreases range and shot speed. Shots now fire in a circle around you. Changes flower sprite to a dandelion.

- Dandelion 2.0: Decreases range. Decreases Shot Interval Time. Changes flower sprite to a yellow dandelion.

- Fertiliser: adds 2 extra shots in a diagonal in-front of you. Changes colour of your flower sprite to blue.

- Ceramic Glaze: Adds an extra life, gain 1 lost life.

- Power Flower: Gives you a second flower to fire from.

- Bag of Rocks: When your shots hit a pot/skull, it breaks firing shots in a circle around it.

- Rubber Ring: Increases speed a little. Makes player slightly bouncy. Player can now walk over water.

- Watering Can: Shot speed and Shot Lifetime is increased. Shots now instantly destroy mushrooms.
